6 Pages and 6 Cards!!!

2 - Double Layouts, 2 - Single Layouts, 6 - Super Cute Cards... all inspired by the great American Crafts lines... Craft Fair, Backyard, and Teen! I LOVE all of these projects, and I hope you will, too! The MANIA begins at 10 a.m. and will continue until 1 p.m., maybe later... there is a LOT going on in this class!

I wish I could post some pics, but the camera is dead (well, not the camera, just the batteries)... I'll get by the store and pick up a few, so you can get really excited about this! I only have room for 10 players, and 6 of those spots have been claimed!

Stitch a Page Mini Class!

Okay, this is Week 2 of our Hot August Nights! Join us at Anthologies at 6:00 p.m. for a night of crafty goodness, as we crop 'till Midnight! Don't forget that every Friday night cropper gets to participate in a FREE Mini Class! This week, we'll stitch on a page that I've designed (super simple, I promise!)

This Weekend, just around the corner...

I'll be teaching at the Crafty Scrappers weekend retreat, right here in d'Iberville. I've designed two mini books. The first is a Heritage Mini featuring the Botannicabella line from Graphic 45.

The second is called "Daintily" it's the same basic chipboard album I used in the first, I just covered it with the Vintage Yummy line from Sassafras! Lots of cute details in this album.

Each class kit costs $12. They will be available only at the retreat, so call Barbara (228.392.4900) or Gwen (228.826.5255) to reserve your space! It's going to be fun!

HOT AUGUST NIGHTS!

Things always heat up in August, especially when you swear it couldn't get any hotter than July! It's no different here at Anthologies... Every Friday in August will heat up with an incredible crop at Anthologies Scrapbook and Sewing Studio! How do I know that you will have an incredible time?... Well, first of all, we have the greatest group of girls! Second, included in your crop free of just $5 is a technique mini-class! Each crop night will feature a different mini-class, and here is a schedule of each:

August 7 - 12x12 Split Pages - These fun pages allow you to get a LOT of pictures out of your drawer and into your scrapbook... and the best part is that you can still get creative and add a special touch. The title of this page is "Summer Fun" and I used the Summer Soiree collection from Fancy Pants.

August 14 - Stitch a Page - Everyone seems to love the machine stitching on my pages, but many of you say you are too intimidated to try it yourself. No fear, no pressure... just try it out. We'll be stitching a super cute 12x12 Layout with the American Crafts oh so precious Backyard Line and fibers from Basic Grey!

August 21 - Needle Felting - Have you admired Livi's super cute flower headband? Have you been dying to make one just like it? When I saw Shell's felted flower at Scrapfest, I just HAD to try it, and it is so simple! We'll make a felted rose you can use on any of your projects for a special detail!

August 28 - Jenni Bowlin Bingo Cards - They are just darling, but have you used yours? The 5x7 cards can leave you at a loss when trying to put a project together, so fish out your Fourth of July pics, and you'll go home with a fabulous layout using these great embellisments!
